special education matters, disciplinary proceedings and general

Intervention Plans, reimbursement for private educational
placements, and provision of appropriate services by properly
trained personnel.

also been able to prevent students from being expelled by
proving that the students were eligible to receive special
education services and that the students' misconduct was a
manifestation of their disabilities. Few people realize that
the rules governing expulsions provide more protection for
children with disabilities.
