Patrick J. Leo

Attorney Leo practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and real estate law. He understands that effective estate planning requires tailoring each estate plan to meet that specific client's needs. As a father with young children, Mr. Leo is especially equipped to help clients who are new to estate planning. In addition, he has experience establishing special needs trusts for individuals with disabilities. He has also represented families seeking guardianships for children with disabilities who are about to turn eighteen-years-old.

Attorney Leo also represents students in school law matters. He draws on his past experience as a teacher when representing students in special education and other school matters. Having witnessed the difficulties that families may face in advocating for their children, Mr. Leo decided to go to law school so that he could represent students and assist them in obtaining the appropriate educational programming and services.
